We at P Squared are proud of both our products, and
the after sales support that we offer to our customers. Our product
range has a good reputation for reliability but with hundreds of
radio stations relying on our software day after day, it is not
surprising that we occasionally have to help customers with
technical enquires. We believe that this process should be as open,
honest and transparent as possible which is why we have introduced
this 'real time' support counter which shows a 'live' count of the
amount of open support items we are currently dealing with along
with the amount of 'out of hours' support items we have dealt with
this month.
We believe that by sharing this information with existing and
potential customers, we can demonstrate the reliability of our
product range and our commitment to customer care.
